Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in invoice processing, vendor account reconciliation, payment processing, and maintaining accurate financial records. Candidates from the logistics, transportation, or 3PL industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
Prepare vendor payment schedules and coordinate timely payments through NEFT, RTGS, and other banking channels.
Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
Ensure proper accounting entries for purchase invoices, payments, and credit notes.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payment documents, and supporting files.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and company financial policies.




Support bank reconciliation and audit requirements by providing necessary documentation.
Generate AP-related MIS reports and maintain payment trackers.
Work closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth invoice and payment processing.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
Experience in invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment management.
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Tally, SAP, Oracle, or any ERP system.
Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in the Logistics, Transportation, or 3PL industry will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
