Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities for commercial, residential, and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have solid site supervision skills, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and effectively coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise all electrical installation works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of electrical works.
Coordinate with MEP, Civil, and Interior teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Inspect electrical materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Ensure adherence to electrical codes, safety regulations, and company HSE policies.
Manage subcontractors, electricians, and site technicians.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Identify and resolve site issues to avoid project delays.
Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants,



and project stakeholders.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
5–8 years of experience in MEP electrical supervision.
Experience in commercial, residential, or interior fit-out projects.
Knowledge of electrical drawings, BOQs, and installation standards.
Familiarity with testing and commissioning procedures.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience working on large-scale MEP projects.
Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.
Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
