We are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager – Tooling & Coolant with 15+ years of experience in industrial tooling, metal cutting tools, and coolant/lubrication solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, providing technical support, and identifying business opportunities in manufacturing and machine shop industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for tooling and coolant products.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying current business opportunities.
Provide technical support and product recommendations for cutting tools, coolant systems, and machining applications.
Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and application studies.
Analyze customer requirements and provide cost-effective solutions to improve machining performance and productivity.
Coordinate with application engineering and technical teams to resolve customer issues.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.




Ensure timely collections and maintain customer accounts.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of metal cutting tools, tooling applications, industrial coolants, and machining processes.
Valuable understanding of CNC machining and machine shop operations.
Solid customer handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to identify market opportunities and drive sales growth.
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.

Qualification:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: Minimum 15 years in tooling, coolant, industrial products, or related sales.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in automotive, precision machining, machine shop, or manufacturing industries.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and business development.
Team handling and customer relationship management experience.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
