Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter / Fitter to join our interior fit-out project team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, assembling, and finishing interior fit-out elements such as furniture, partitions, doors, wall paneling, cabinetry, and other wood or metal-based fixtures according to project drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and site instructions.
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install materials accurately.
Install wooden and modular furniture, cabinets, doors, partitions, wall cladding, and ceilings.
Carry out fitting and fixing works at project sites as per quality standards.
Operate carpentry and fitting tools, machines, and equipment safely.
Coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and other trades on site.
Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of installed items.
Repair or replace damaged fittings and finishes when required.
Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work area.
Follow company safety procedures and site regulations.




Complete assigned tasks within project timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies
Valuable knowledge of carpentry and interior fit-out works.
Ability to read measurements and technical drawings.
Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.
Knowledge of materials such as plywood, MDF, laminates, veneer, gypsum, aluminum, and hardware fittings.
Attention to detail and finishing quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and ability to work in office conditions.

Qualifications & Experience
ITI / Vocational training in Carpentry, Woodwork, or related trade preferred.
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Carpentry.
Knowledge of modular furniture installation preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
