Job Description:

Responsibilities
Resolving customer queries, complaints or requests on daily basis on calls, chats and emails.
Able to build Productive relationships and communicate daily with customers in a Skilled manner
Actively attend inbound calls from customers of the Company.
Actively engage in cold calling to reach out to Potential clients
Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Skills Required
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Customer Support
Associate or similar Customer Support role Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Ability to demonstrate Patience when handling complex

queries and challenges

•Proficiency in MS ExcelGoogle Sheets Job Description
