We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations across Shopify/ Amazon/ Flipkart/ Blinkit/ Instamart.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across e- commerce platform. One must be proficient in social media platform and in Canva.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage product listings on e- commerce platforms.
· Update product information, pricing, and inventory.
· Process and monitor customer order.
· Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely dispatch.
· Handle customer queries, returns, and order- related issues.
· Monitor stock availability and maintain inventory records.
· Track sales performance and prepare basic report.
· Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and offers.
· Ensure product data accuracy and platform compliance.
