Job Role:

Managing business development of the cluster for Two Wheeler (TW).
Ensuring Smooth flow of relationship between Dealers/ Customers.
To Empanel and groom Dealer networks for TW Business.
Handling Current business ties ups – Dealer as well as Manufacturer connectivity.
Managing Business growth and profitability with and through Territory Managers and the larger sales team.
Assessing training needs to accelerate his team’s performance.
Introduce and Implement recent marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with product team.
To Drive Consumer Loan business through Open Market, Branch Channel Dealers.
To Organize/ Manage display activity in Corporate and other Branches.
Liaisoning with Dealers in the area to maximize business volume.
Managing Business productivity for TW Business for the Assigned Cluster.
Provide market intelligence in term of business, product proposal.
Managing Weekly and Monthly MIS and Trackers.
