Job Summary:
Leadz Study Abroad is looking for a dynamic and student-focused Counselor to guide students through their study abroad journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving targets, providing accurate guidance, and ensuring a smooth application and visa process for students.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly student registration and visa lodgement targets.
Counsel students on course selection, universities, and application procedures.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on study abroad prospects.
Assist students in choosing courses aligned with their academic background and career goals.
Maintain regular follow-ups and guide students through each stage of the admission process.
Conduct retention calls to re-engage inactive or pending students.




Attend all training sessions and webinars conducted by the company.
Maintain and update student records, application status, and database.
Submit reports and updates to the Branch Manager and Country Heads as required.
Continuously improve knowledge of destination countries, universities, and programs.

Requirements:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and manage student portfolios efficiently
Basic knowledge of study abroad processes (preferred)
