Responsibilities
Source candidates from job portals and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Schedule interviews with clients/managers
Follow up with candidates till joining
Maintain recruitment records
Requirements
Valuable communication skills
Basic recruitment knowledge
Experience in non-IT hiring preferred
Ability to work on multiple positions
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
