Key Responsibilities
Manage daily retail store operations efficiently.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Supervise and motivate sales executives and store staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Maintain proper display and merchandising of furniture and electronics products.
Handle billing, cash management, and store documentation.
Prepare sales reports, stock reports, and performance analysis.
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams.
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
Ensure showroom cleanliness, safety, and visual standards.
Conduct staff training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Implement promotional activities and seasonal sales campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
