Role & responsibilities
Supervise all in office construction activities daily, from excavation and foundation through RCC structure, brickwork, plastering, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and finishing stages
Ensure daily productivity
Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and ensure work is executed as per plan
Check quality of materials (cement, sand, aggregate, steel, bricks, etc.) at delivery and prevent wastage, theft, or misuse
Maintain daily records of material received/consumed, and work progress
Coordinate with the architect, structural engineer, contractors, and material suppliers
Ensure curing, mixing ratios, bar bending, shuttering, and other technical works are done correctly
Ensure site safety practices and keep the site clean and organized
Report daily progress with photos/updates to the owner and flag any issues, delays, or extra cost items in advance

Preferred candidate profile `




Strong practical knowledge of civil work: foundation, RCC, masonry, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical layouts, and finishing works
Ability to read construction drawings and take site measurements accurately
Good knowledge of construction material quality standards and current local market rates
Able to handle and get work done from local labour and petty contractors firmly and fairly
Basic record-keeping skills (registers or mobile apps like WhatsApp/Excel for daily reporting)
Honest, punctual, and willing to be present on site full time for the project duration
Local candidates from Bilaspur / nearby areas in Uttar Pradesh preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
