RLT Edzaro is seeking a dedicated and organized Accountant to oversee financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and support the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge and experience handling taxation and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
Manage sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries in accounting software.
Prepare and file GST returns within prescribed timelines.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow activities.
Track outstanding receivables and payables.
Generate financial statements and management reports.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
Coordinate with auditors and support statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.




Maintain payroll records and employee expense documentation.

Required Skills
Robust understanding of accounting concepts and financial procedures.
Practical experience in Tally Prime.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
Additional certifications in Accounting, Taxation, or Tally will be an added advantage.
