Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in EdTech sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to counsel students and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students over phone regarding educational programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Provide an excellent counselling experience to students and parents.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Sales/Admission Counselling.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.




Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and counselling.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

Job Details
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: Rotational
Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Work Mode: Work from Office
