We are looking for a Sales Intern to convert high-intent online leads into customers through calls, WhatsApp, and chat. This is a consultative sales role focused on building trust and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads from website, WhatsApp, and ads.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry.
Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds and products.
Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Robust English communication skills.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
Comfortable with calls and WhatsApp conversations.
Freshers are welcome; sales experience is a plus.
