Vittafin Securities Private Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced Manager (Finance & HR)to oversee our financial operations. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a quick-paced environment, has a deep understanding of corporate accounting (Private/Public Limited), and is comfortable balancing financial oversight with HR administrative responsibilities. You will lead a small team of junior accountants and serve as the vital link between our leadership and our external CA/CS partners.
What You Will Do
Core Accounting: Manage full-cycle accounting, including GL, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and finalization of financial statements.
Compliance: Coordinate with CAs and CS for tax filings (GST, TDS), statutory audits, and corporate law compliance.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of 2 junior accountants to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
HR & Admin: Handle end-to-end payroll processing, employee record management, and general office administration.
Reporting: Generate timely MIS reports and financial insights for the Managing Director.
Requirements
Education: B.Com/M.Com or relevant Finance degree. Professional certifications (CA Inter/ICWA/MBA Finance) are highly preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounting, with demonstrated success managing accounts for Private/Public Limited companies.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Zoho Books or Tally and advanced MS Excel skills.
Communication: Excellent command of English and Malayalam to manage qualified relationships with stakeholders and external auditors.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kozhikode.
