We are looking for a agile and result-driven Telemarketing Executive to support our e-commerce business by engaging with potential and existing customers over calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products, handling customer queries, and driving sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online shopping behavior.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
Follow up on leads generated through online campaigns, website inquiries, and marketplace platforms.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Sales & Conversion
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Persuade customers to complete purchases and upsell/cross-sell relevant products.
Convert inquiries into successful orders through effective communication.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
E-commerce Coordination




Coordinate with the e-commerce team for order processing, delivery updates, and returns.
Assist customers with online order placement and payment processes.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, offers, and availability.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data in CRM systems.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Track follow-ups and ensure closure of leads.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
6 Months to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer support (preferably in e-commerce).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling customers for online marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.).
Multilingual communication skills (preferred but not mandatory).
