Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers and provide information about gold loan products.
Process gold loan applications and complete KYC verification.
Coordinate with the Gold Appraiser for gold valuation.
Assist in loan disbursement, renewal, and closure processes.
Maintain customer records and branch documentation.
Generate recent business through field visits and customer referrals.
Achieve monthly business targets assigned by the Branch Manager.
Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility
Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent).
Freshers to 2 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Gold Loan, Finance, Sales, or Customer Service.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
Local language proficiency is mandatory.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,670.51 - ₹14,495.50 per month
