Job Summary
3–5+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP TM
Solid knowledge of SAP TM, including Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Charge Management, Settlement, and Master Data
Valuable understanding of SAP TM integration with SAP EWM, SAP ERP/ECC and SAP GTS
Experience in SAP TM configuration and standard customization
Experience in incident analysis, problem resolution, and root cause analysis
Ability to analyze business processes and translate business requirements into SAP TM solutions
Experience supporting testing and production deployments
Understanding of SAP standard functionality and enhancement concepts
Experience working in Agile/ITIL support environments
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English
Key Responsibilities
To troubleshoot and resolve critical and complex tickets.




To create the root cause analysis for critical issues/faults (hands on working).
To implement any necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects.
To provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues.
To execute continuous improvement activities and to improve the team’s performance.

Other Requirements
Experience in one or more full-cycle SAP TM implementations
ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud ALM
Experience with interfaces (IDocs, APIs, middleware)
Experience with change requests and minor enhancements
SAP TM certification
