Job Summary

The Team Lead is responsible for managing daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring smooth inbound, sorting, outbound, and dispatch activities while leading a team to achieve operational KPIs. The role focuses on maintaining service quality, productivity, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and dispatch.
Lead and motivate warehouse associates, loaders, and delivery executives to achieve operational targets.
Plan manpower, allocate work, and manage shift schedules.
Monitor productivity, TAT, SLA, shipment accuracy, and other operational KPIs.
Ensure timely processing and dispatch of inbound and outbound shipments.
Conduct daily shift briefings and monitor team performance.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to the Operations Manager.
Coordinate with First Mile, Linehaul, Hub, Last Mile,



and Customer Support teams.
Train and mentor recent employees while promoting continuous process improvement.
Maintain operational reports, attendance records, and shift documentation.
Drive 5S, workplace discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or E-commerce operations.
Experience in team handling and shift management.
Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
