We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telecaller to join our sales team .This role involves reaching out to prospective clients, generating quality leads, and driving deal closures for our Tally software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Makeoutboundcalls topotential customers togenerate leads Clearly andpersuasively explain company products andservices Follow uponleads andnurture prospects throughthe sales funnel Achieve daily, weekly, andmonthly callingandconversion targets Close deals andcoordinate smoothhandovertothe sales/onboardingteam Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, andconversions in the CRM Build andmaintain positive relationships with prospective clients
Requirements Prior experience in telecalling/telesales preferred; freshers with robust communication skills are welcometoapply Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, andMarathi Confident, persuasive, andtarget-oriented attitude Basic computerknowledge (MS Office, CRMtools) Willingness towork fromthe Thane office
