About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Operations Intern to join our logistics and freight forwarding team in Trivandrum. This internship offers hands-on exposure to international logistics, shipment coordination, documentation, customer service, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating import and export shipments.
Prepare and verify shipping documents and operational records.
Coordinate with customers, airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and internal teams.
Update shipment status in ERP and customer portals.
Monitor shipment milestones and follow up with stakeholders.
Support customs documentation and compliance activities.
Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
Diploma or Bachelor's degree (final year students or recent graduates) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Candidates must be based in Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualification
Candidates with an IATA certification or those currently pursuing an IATA course will be given preference.
