Experience:
2 - 5 years of experience as an Architect with site coordination exposure
Experience in commercial / retail / entertainment / hospitality projects (preferred)
Salary Range: 25k to 30k
Roles:
Coordinate with multiple project sites and ensure smooth execution
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and timelines
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, civil teams, electricians, fabricators, etc.
Ensure design consistency and execution accuracy across all centres
Resolve in office design, execution, and coordination issues
Share regular site progress updates and reports with management
Support documentation for licenses, approvals, and compliances when required
Handle multiple sites simultaneously and manage timelines effectively
Act as a bridge between design, execution teams, and management
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
Willingness to travel frequently.
