Key Responsibilities
Source and contact candidates via phone and WhatsApp.
Explain job opportunities to potential candidates.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate records and daily recruitment updates.
Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus).
Smartphone or laptop with a secure internet connection.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and willing to learn.
