Job Summary

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress, and report changes to the physician.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergencies.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
Ensure infection control practices and patient safety protocols are followed.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and surgical procedures.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals for effective patient care.




Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide basic and advanced life support when required.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of medical equipment.
Participate in ward rounds, handovers, and departmental meetings.
Adhere to hospital policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid Nursing Registration with the State Nursing Council.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is an added advantage.

Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
1–3 years of hospital experience is preferred.
Experience in ICU, OT, Emergency, NICU, PICU, Dialysis, or Ward Nursing will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
