Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maximize store profitability through effective sales strategies.
Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
Promote seasonal collections, festive offers, and promotional campaigns.
Encourage upselling and cross-selling to increase average bill value.
Customer Service
Ensure every customer receives a premium shopping experience.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Store Operations
Oversee daily opening and closing of the store.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Maintain compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Ensure proper cash handling and billing accuracy.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates.
Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Motivate employees to achieve individual and team sales goals.




Ensure staff follow grooming, uniform, and behavioural standards.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock availability and maintain optimum inventory levels.
Conduct regular stock counts and periodic physical inventories.
Minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and pilferage.
Coordinate stock replenishment and transfers with the warehouse.
Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
Visual Merchandising
Ensure attractive product displays as per brand guidelines.
Maintain window displays and in-store merchandising.
Highlight recent arrivals, festive collections, and promotional merchandise.
Ensure garments are neatly displayed and replenished.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
Prepare daily sales, cash, and operational reports.
Monitor store expenses and control operational costs.
Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.
Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
