Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house. Ensures all electrical, plumbing, and civil work is functioning properly to maintain smooth resort operations.
Attend maintenance complaints from rooms and departments
Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
Check AC units, geysers, lights, switches, and fittings
Preventive maintenance of rooms and public areas
Maintain DG, pumps, motors (basic level)
Coordinate with external vendors when required
Daily rounds to identify issues proactively
Maintain maintenance logbook / checklist
Ensure minimal downtime in guest areas
Support event setup and breakdown when required
ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical preferred
Minimum 2–4 years experience in hotel / resort maintenance
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and basic civil work
Able to handle shift duty
Immediate problem-solving skills
Physically fit for field work
Pay: ₹9,605.94 - ₹30,000.00 per month
