Position Overview

The Team Leader - Assisted Buying will be responsible for managing a team of Assisted Buying Agents who support customers through high-consideration purchases via calls, chats, and digital platforms. The role focuses on driving conversion, improving customer experience, and ensuring team productivity, quality, and compliance with defined sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Assisted Buying Agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor individual and team performance metrics such as conversion rate, revenue per interaction, AHT, CSAT, and quality scores.




Ensure high-quality customer interactions across calls, chats, and digital channels, and assist in handling complex customer queries and escalations.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, scripts, compliance guidelines, and CRM hygiene.
Support onboarding and ramp-up of recent agents, and conduct regular product, system, and sales refresher sessions.
