Responsibilities
Oversee daily salon operations and staff management
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction




Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
Maintain inventory and manage product purchasing
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures
Foster a positive and motivating work environment for staff

Requirements
Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of beauty and wellness trends
Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
