Job Description:

The role involves leading and managing drafting tasks with a focus on structural drawings and details. The candidate should possess solid technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities, ensure quality control, and play a key role in team development and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed structural drawings and structural detailing.
Solve complex drafting challenges and provide effective solutions to project drafters.
Maintain drafting quality through checks and quality control procedures.
Plan and schedule drafting work as per project timelines.
Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to ensure adherence to schedule.
Identify and implement steps to increase team efficiency.
Maintain control over multiple drafting projects to ensure delivery as per targets.
Train and mentor Assistant Project Drafters and Project Drafters.




Identify and address productivity or quality issues in consultation with the Project Engineer.
Foster a team-building workplace and encourage collaboration.
Develop and maintain drafting standards.
Assist in updating the training material/kits for continuous team development.
Exhibit solid managerial capability to lead drafting teams effectively.

Job Requirements:

Education:
ITI Civil Draftsman OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with First Class.
Completed AutoCAD 2000 (or later) course with First Division.

Experience:
Minimum 4 years of in-house drafting experience, OR
Minimum 6 years of external (contract/consultancy) drafting experience.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
