We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing applications, identifying defects, and ensuring that the final product meets business requirements and user expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and prepare test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
Perform manual and/or automated testing on web and mobile applications
Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools
Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues
Conduct regression, functional, and performance testing
Ensure product quality before deployment
Maintain proper documentation of test results and reports
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies
Experience in manual testing (automation is an added advantage)
Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
Basic understanding of SQL and databases
Knowledge of API testing tools (like Postman) is a plus
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
Robust communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in ERP Software will be an added advantage
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2–3 years of hands-on experience in software testing
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
