Job Summary

A Dermatologist is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases and disorders related to the skin, hair, nails, and mucous membranes. The role involves providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical examinations, prescribing treatments, and performing dermatological procedures while ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Examine patients and diagnose skin, hair, and nail conditions.
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress.
Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, chemical peels, and minor surgical interventions.
Diagnose and treat conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, skin infections, and skin cancer.
Provide cosmetic dermatology services where applicable.
Educate patients on skincare, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.




Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dermatology and medical practices.
Adhere to hospital, clinic, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprosy (DVL/DDVL) or equivalent qualification.
Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
Relevant clinical experience in dermatology preferred.

Salary

As per organizational standards, qualifications, and experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
