We're looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Manager to join our wedding events team. If you have a flair for sales, enjoy building client relationships, and love creating memorable celebrations, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Meet with clients to understand their wedding requirements.
Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly or annual sales targets.
Build relationships with venues, vendors, and partners.
Coordinate with the event team for seamless execution.
Requirements:
3–5 years of full time sales experience (wedding, events, hospitality, or luxury services preferred).
Strong customer relationship and business development abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends, during wedding seasons.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
