Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and client enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Understand clients' travel or study requirements and recommend suitable visa services.
Explain visa processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and service charges.
Convert enquiries into successful sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
