Job Title: Third-Party Inspection Coordinator (QA/QC – Mechanical / Electrical Manufacturing, Valves & Actuators)

Work Location: Ahmedabad (In office)
Significant: Only candidates currently residing in Ahmedabad should apply. Preference will be given to candidates living in or near Narol, Danilimda, Lambha, Ishanpur, Maninagar, Sarkhej, Vatva, Ghodasar, CTM, Khokhra, Odhav, Ramol, Amraiwadi, and nearby areas for easier daily commuting. Job Summary

We are looking for a Third-Party Inspection Coordinator with a background in mechanical or electrical manufacturing to manage inspection activities and coordinate with inspection agencies for industrial valves and electrical actuators. Candidates from non-related industries (such as pharma, chemical, or food processing) will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies (TPI) for mechanical/electrical products
Schedule and manage stage-wise inspections for valves and actuators
Prepare and review inspection documents (ITP, QAP, inspection reports)




Work closely with Production, QA/QC, and Dispatch teams
Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements
Maintain inspection records, test certificates, and documentation
Follow up for inspection approvals and timely closure

Requirements
Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
0–2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical manufacturing industry (Freshers with relevant qualification can apply)
Basic understanding of engineering drawings, QA/QC processes, or industrial products
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)

Preferred
Knowledge of valves, actuators, fabrication, machining, or assembly processes
Familiarity with QAP, ITP, and inspection procedures
