Sales Executive – Educational Travel & School Programs

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with schools, understanding their requirements, building robust relationships, and promoting our educational travel and experiential learning programs.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, referrals, and field visits.
Connect with school principals, coordinators, and management to present our educational programs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel and experiential learning solutions.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations when required.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed business.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain accurate sales records.




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Preferred Skills
Experience in the education, travel, hospitality, or service industry.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹38,000.00 per month
