Job Title: Operations Executive – Hospital

Location: Eden Critical Care Hospital, Chandigarh

Qualification:
MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) preferred
OR Bachelor’s degree with relevant hospital operations experience

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in hospital operations
Fresh MHA graduates with internship experience in hospital administration may also apply

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day hospital operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Monitor and support OPD, IPD, Emergency, ICU, Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and quality protocols.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and support services for efficient patient care.
Handle patient concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Prepare daily operational reports and maintain departmental records.
Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, and operational discipline.
Coordinate with HR, Biomedical, Housekeeping,



Maintenance, and other departments.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure proper utilization of hospital resources and maintain service quality.

Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare standards
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Preferred Candidate:
MHA-qualified candidates or professionals with relevant hospital operations experience.
Candidates with positive organizational and coordination skills will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
