Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Assist in employer branding and recruitment-related activities.
- Support the HR team with various talent acquisition initiatives.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills : Requirements

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to interact with candidates.
