The Oracle HCM Talent, Learning & Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Sr. Associate is responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Talent Management, Learning, and Recruiting modules within Oracle Fusion HCM. This role ensures effective management of talent lifecycle processes, employee development, and recruitment operations, aligning with business goals and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The associate plays a key role in delivering high-quality managed services support, enhancements, and continuous improvement across HCM Talent applications.
