Description We're seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our Amazon Shipping team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on driving business growth through current customer acquisition and relationship management in the enterprise segment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end sales cycles for large and enterprise customers in the assigned territory - Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets - Own and maintain P&L; responsibilities for the assigned portfolio - Identify and onboard high-potential customers through consultative selling approach - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding - Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular business reports Key job responsibilities Deliver positive experience to assigned and onboarded shipper accounts and win volume (#Shipments and Revenue)
