Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Production Supervisor/Manager in daily production activities

- Monitor production processes and ensure work is carried out as per plan

- Support manpower allocation and shop floor coordination

- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation

- Ensure timely availability of raw material, tools, and consumables

- Follow safety, quality, and production standards

- Assist in monitoring machine operations and resolving basic production issues

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments

- Support 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities

- Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace discipline

- Track production output and report deviations to seniors

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing/production processes

- Valuable communication and coordination skills

- Ability to read basic drawings (preferred)

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)

- Problem-solving attitude

- Willingness to work on shop floor

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to manufacturing industries such as fabrication, machining, casting, assembly, or engineering products will be preferred.
