Additionally, demonstrate a team-oriented spirit, knowing that we Thrive together and support each others journeys. **Key responsibilities** : + Proven experience in driving enterprise in reliability strategy and governance + Strong expertise in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and risk-based maintenance frameworks + Ability to standardize reliability practices and engineering guidelines across plants + Deep experience in RCA, FMEA/FMECA, and failure elimination programs + Demonstrated impact on improving MTBF, reducing MTTR, and enhancing asset availability + Strong capability in predictive and condition-based maintenance (vibration, monitoring tools) + Expertise in reliability analytics and data-driven decision-making using SAP PM / ERP + Experience in utilities and critical pharma systems (HVAC, water, boilers, compressors) + Ability to integrate reliability KPIs into plant and leadership governance + Proven track record in asset lifecycle management and maintenance strategy optimization + Strong understanding of pharma compliance (USFDA, MHRA, GMP requirements) + Experience in spares optimization aligned with equipment criticality and risk + Exposure to automation, Industry 4.0,
