Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for an Operations Manager who can lead day-to-day operations within the content organization, translating Dodge's U.S. process standards into India delivery routines. The Operations Manager will build and mentor analyst teams, ensure quality and turnaround KPIs, and maintain alignment with the Program Office. This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Director, Data Operations India Content Acquisition. **_Preferred Location_** Qualified candidates must be willing to work on-site in the Kochi office. **_Essential Functions_** + Oversee a team of 20-25 Analysts/Senior Analysts delivering content research and enrichment + Manage daily work allocation, SLAs, and performance dashboards; ensure quality adherence + Act as first-line reviewer for task accuracy and escalation handling + Collaborate with QA, Training, and Governance units to identify gaps and implement corrective actions + Support onboarding and floor training for new batches (campus and lateral hires) + Track team productivity and contribute to process optimization initiatives **_Education Requirement_** Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience. **_Required Experience,
