This role will support IT organization through strong financial governance, operational rigor, process improvement, and team leadership. **Position:** FP&A; Manager **Team** : IT Business Operations, IT Finance **Qualification:** Chartered Accountant **Experience:** 5-10 years **People Leadership:** Demonstrated experience leading teams **Location:** Bengaluru **What you will do:** Financial Planning, Forecasting & Reporting + Lead **LRP, AOP, quarterly forecasts, monthly close,



and variance analysis** for the IT organization. + Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality monthly reporting in line with the corporate calendar. + Drive forecast discipline and improve forecast accuracy versus actuals. + Identify and deliver productivity and cost-saving opportunities through tighter cost control and external spend optimization. + Strengthen financial reporting and insights for leadership reviews. Strategic Finance Business Partnering + Act as the primary finance partner to IT leaders and global delivery cost center owners. + Conduct regular financial reviews with IT leaders to improve transparency, decision-making, and alignment with priorities. + Evaluate investment opportunities, including business cases, funding models & ownership. Process Improvement & Automation + Standardize and strengthen finance processes across the IT organization. + Develop and improve productivity tracking mechanisms to measure savings and operational improvements. + Drive adoption of automation and lean practices to reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency. + Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance finance operations. Team Leadership & Capability Building + Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team through effective hiring, onboarding, delegation, and mentoring.



+ Build team capability through structured development, knowledge sharing, and cross-training. + Support employee engagement initiatives including mentorship, internal learning, and leadership visibility. **What you will bring:** + Candidate Profile + Chartered Accountant with 5 **-10 years** of relevant experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, or business finance. + Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. + Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions. + Demonstrated people leadership experience with strong coaching and team development capabilities. + Experience driving process improvement, productivity, and finance automation / AI initiatives and Finance Modeling. + Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
