Qualification:** **Bachelors/Masters in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation; MBA or certification in Digital/Industry 4.0 preferred.** 2 **. Total Experience** : 1015 years of experience with 57 years in pharma/regulated manufacturing environments. 3. **Digital & IIoT Expertise** : Proven experience in Industry 4.0, IIoT implementation, smart manufacturing, and plant digitalization initiatives. 4. **Manufacturing Systems** : Strong exposure to MES, SCADA, PLC/DCS, Historian systems, and ERP integration (SAP preferred). 5. Compliance & Validation: Sound knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, CSV, and Data Integrity requirements. 6. **Data & Analytics:** Experience in real-time data capture, dashboards, predictive maintenance, and analytics tools. 7 **. IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity** : Knowledge of industrial networks, OT security, cloud (Azure/AWS), and standards like ISA/IEC 62443. 8. **Project & Vendor Management** : Strong capability in delivering digital transformation projects, vendor management, and cross-functional execution. 9.



**Leadership & Stakeholder Management** : Proven team leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement across functions. 10 **.
