This role will lead the implementation and adoption of digital technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and sustainability within the plant. **What you need to know about this position:** **What extra ingredients** **you will** **bring:** + 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on digital technologies.



+ Robust understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies in the FMCG industry. + Experience in implementing and managing MES,IIoT, or other relevant digital technologies. + Proficiencyin data analytics and visualization tools. + Excellent project management and communication skills. + Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. + Strong problem-solving and analytical 1skills. ? **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with specific MES orIIoTplatforms. + Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles and technologies. + Experience with lean manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies. + Experience in the FMCG industry.
