Work Experience

As the Regional Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the number of complaints and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), as well as managing the onboarding process for new stores and renovated stores. You will also be in charge of collecting and sharing Delight Stories and monitoring the Mystery Customer Scores (MCS).

In addition, you will be responsible for implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for current formats and ensuring compliance with grooming standards, fragrance, music, and current initiatives. Your role will also involve finding ways to improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and Google My Business (GMB) ratings for the region.
