We are hiring for Center Lead role for Pune-Kharadi and Aundh Location
Oversee complete center/store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage daily production, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and attendance management.
Monitor inventory, wastage, and material consumption.
Ensure customer complaints and escalations are resolved promptly.
Maintain productivity and operational efficiency of the center.
Conduct regular team briefings, training, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate with warehouse, HR, and regional teams for operational support.
Ensure audit compliance and maintain documentation/checklists properly.
Track KPIs such as sales, order fulfillment, wastage, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed by all team members.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
