Job Description:
Procurement & Vendor Management
Sourcing: Identify and build relationships with reliable suppliers and manufacturers across Kerala.
Negotiation: Negotiate bulk pricing, trade discounts, and payment terms to maximize profit margins for the showroom.
Material Sourcing: Source specific fixtures like interior designer wall panels, wall papers, louvers, raffters and decor products.
Order & Logistics Management
Purchase Orders (POs): Create, verify, and issue detailed POs based on design specifications and client requirements.
Delivery Tracking: Coordinate with transport and logistics networks to ensure timely delivery of fragile and high-value materials to the showroom.
Quality & Inventory Control
Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming materials—such as wall panels, wall papers, louvers,



decor products etc,—to ensure they match the approved design samples and quality standards.
Stock Management: Monitor and maintain optimum inventory levels in the showroom and warehouse to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Financial & Compliance Duties
Billing Verification: Match supplier invoices against delivery challans and POs before processing payments.
Tax Compliance: Ensure all purchases comply with Kerala's local taxation rules, managing GST documentation and input tax credit records accurately.
