Production Support:
Assist in day-to-day manufacturing operations, including support on the shop floor.
Operate or assist with machines under supervision.
Handle packing, organising, and movement of materials within the unit.

Driving & Delivery Support (Secondary Role):
Drive the company vehicle (e.g., Tata Ace) for occasional deliveries or pickups of materials and finished goods.
Ensure timely, protected transport while following all traffic and safety guidelines.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance and upkeep.

Candidate Requirements
Valid Commercial Driving License (LMV-TR or equivalent) as per Karnataka RTO regulations (for light commercial vehicles).
Basic understanding of working with tools or machinery (training will be provided if needed).
Familiarity with Bangalore routes is a plus.
Basic communication skills in Kannada/Hindi; English is a bonus.
Punctual, disciplined, and cooperative team player.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
