About the Role

NextMoveIn is hiring a Managed Office Transaction Manager to handle inbound leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for qualifying client requirements, recommending suitable managed office options, conducting site visits, negotiating commercial terms, and closing transactions across Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads within the defined SLA.
Qualify client requirements (team size, budget, location, move-in timeline).
Use JAWIS CRM to track every lead and maintain 100% CRM compliance.
Use the NextMoveIn Demand Engine to generate and share curated office options and proposals.
Conduct site visits across Vashi, CBD Belapur, Airoli, Ghansoli, Mahape, and surrounding locations.
Negotiate commercials with operators and clients.
Coordinate the transaction from enquiry to move-in.
Build relationships with coworking operators and commercial landlords.

Requirements




2–5 years of experience in Commercial Leasing, Managed Offices, Coworking, Enterprise Sales, or Commercial Real Estate.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with the Navi Mumbai commercial office market is preferred.
Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.

Performance Expectations
100% lead tracking in JAWIS CRM.
100% use of the NextMoveIn Demand Engine for qualified enquiries.
High follow-up discipline and timely client response.
Generate a minimum monthly revenue of 4× your monthly CTC.

Compensation
Salary: ₹45,000–₹65,000 per month (based on experience)
Attractive performance incentives on successful closures.
